Gaby Moses Business & Legacy Solutions uses information you provide to respond to inquiries, coordinate consultations and webinars, and arrange workshops. Contact marquita@gabymosesbls.com with privacy questions or requests concerning your information.

Forms and email

Client and webinar buttons take you to externally hosted Jotform forms. Those providers have their own privacy practices. Presentation inquiries open a Google Form that collects your name, email, organization, topic and preferred format, plus optional event details and a preferred date. Responses are stored in our business Google account and used to follow up about your presentation. New-response notifications are enabled for marquita@gabymosesbls.com. Google processes form information under its own policies.

Provide contact and scheduling information only in general inquiries. Use an appropriate secure process for policy applications, medical information and financial account details.

Free resource requests

Resource buttons open a Google Form that collects your email, first name and selected guide. We use those details to email the requested PDF automatically through our business Google account. Requesting a guide does not subscribe you to ongoing marketing; the form offers a separate optional choice for educational tips and updates. Google processes form and email information under its own policies. Contact marquita@gabymosesbls.com with questions or to stop optional updates.

Website hosting and external services

The hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and secure the website. Fonts may load from Google Fonts, and external forms or links may process technical information under their own policies.

We use Google Analytics to understand website visits and clicks on consultation, webinar, workshop and resource links. Google Analytics may use cookies and process technical information, including device, browser and approximate location. Our custom tracking does not send form answers or coverage-calculator entries. A link click is not proof of a completed inquiry. Advertising personalization is disabled in our website tag. You can block analytics through your browser or an extension. External providers process information under their own privacy policies.

Coverage calculator

The DIME calculator processes entries in your browser without submitting or saving them to a website database. Copying an estimate puts it on your clipboard only when you choose that action. Sending the estimate through a form or email is a separate action.

Embedded YouTube videos

Video thumbnails load from YouTube image servers. Selecting Play loads a YouTube privacy-enhanced player, which may process technical and playback information under YouTube’s policies. You can choose not to play or open the video on YouTube instead.

Your choices

You may contact Marquita to ask about information you provided or request that optional follow-up messages stop. Applicable legal and business recordkeeping obligations may affect deletion requests.
